Provides personal reception of citizens and legal entities on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 8.00 to 13.00 at Zhlobin, Petrovsky str., 31.
General management of the activities of the district executive committee.
Issues of implementation of state personnel policy, activities of executive and administrative bodies, defense, state security, internal affairs, justice, finance, organization of interaction of local executive and administrative bodies of the district with law enforcement agencies on issues of strengthening the rule of law, strengthening the fight against crime and its prevention.

Issues of development of the agro-industrial complex of the district, food resources, production and processing of agricultural products, seed production, fish farming and fisheries management, beekeeping, melioration, chemicalization, land relations, geodesy and cartography, hydrometeorology, hunting, environmental protection.

Provides personal reception to citizens and legal entities: first, third, fourth Wednesday of the month from 8.00 to 13.00, second Wednesday of the month from 15.00 to 20.00.
Issues of social policy, ideological work, health care, pharmacy, education, including secondary specialized education, culture, physical education, sports and tourism, employment, labor and wages, labor protection, mass media, film and video distribution, youth policy, religious denominations and ethnicity, public health, social protection, including issues of liquidation of consequences of the disaster at Chernobyl NPP, humanitarian aid, conscription of young people into the Armed Forces, organizational support of elections, referendums and other important social and political campaigns and events held in the district, relations with public organizations, political parties, coordination and control over the implementation of modernization measures in the relevant sectors, work with law enforcement agencies (through the Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection, the Commission on Juvenile Affairs) on issues of strengthening the rule of law and law and order, strengthening the fight against crime, its prevention.
Issues of interaction with district organizations of political parties, public associations, religious organizations and associations of national minorities, public organizations whose activities are related to public health protection, sports and tourism, organizations under the jurisdiction of Belarusian State Concern for the Production and Sale of Pharmaceutical and Microbiological Products.

Issues of economics and economic reform, the activity of industrial enterprises, trade enterprises, consumer services to the population, business entities of non-state forms of ownership and entrepreneurs without forming a legal entity, foreign economic activity, capital investments and investments in fixed assets, monitoring the implementation of social standards for public services, tax policy, wages, employment, denationalization and privatization, increasing the efficiency of using state property, insurance and banking activities, energy conservation, energy-saving technologies and payments for consumed energy resources, transport services, communications and communications, forestry, supply of fuel to the population.

Issues of organizing the preparation and execution of meetings of the district executive committee, control over the implementation of legislative and administrative acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus, resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, decisions of the regional executive committee, orders and instructions of the chairman of the regional executive committee, decisions of the district executive committee, orders and instructions of the chairman of the district executive committee, improving the structure and staffing of the district executive committee, planning and implementation of the work plan of the district executive committee, issues of financial and logistical support for the activities of the district executive committee and Zhlobin District Council of Deputies, rural executive committees, compliance with the internal regulations of the district executive committee, fire safety rules in the district executive committee, work with citizens' appeals, the activities of the "one window" service in government agencies and other government organizations located on the territory of the district, legal support for the activities of the district executive committee, as well as issues of ensuring the protection of state secrets and legal regulation of information relations.

Responsible for ensuring timely and full payment of wages to employees of supervised organizations, and also carries out the functions provided for in Article 22.3 of the Code of Execution Procedure of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses.

deputy chairmen and the Chief Clerk of the District Executive Committee are responsible for the selection and placement of management personnel in the subordinate structural divisions of the District Executive Committee, as well as in supervised industries and organizations related to district municipal property;
deputy chairmen of the District Executive Committee are responsible for ensuring the implementation of social standards (corpus – Economy Department of the District Executive Committee), provision of services (corpus - Trade and Services Department of the District Executive Committee) in the supervised industries;
deputy chairmen of the District Executive Committee have the right to designate a structural subdivision of the District Executive Committee, an organization not supervised by them, as responsible for the execution of a document (an instruction), upon agreement (by means of endorsement) with the deputy chairman of the District Executive Committee supervising the relevant structural subdivision, organization.
