Historical and cultural heritage of Zhlobin land

There are 131 heritage sites located in Zhlobin city and Zhlobin district: archaeological and architectural monuments, memorial and commemorative plaques, mass graves of Soviet soldiers, partisans and underground fighters.

As of February 2024, 48 material heritage sites were included in the State List of Historical and Cultural Values ​​of the Republic of Belarus, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 14.05.2007 No. 578.

Of the 131 heritage sites, 105 are war monuments: 75 sites with burials, 30 sites without burials; 23 archaeological sites and 3 architectural sites.

Work on preserving the historical and cultural heritage in Zhlobin district is carried out in accordance with the Culture Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Preservation of historical and cultural heritage is our sacred duty to our descendants! We must preserve as much as possible what previous generations have passed on to us.
